  • On-site
    • Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Denmark
  • Plesner

Job description

We are looking for supporters (office assistants)

The positions are fixed-term with a duration of one year and run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, excluding a daily lunch break of 30 minutes.

About the position

As a supporter at Plesner, you will play an important role in supporting colleagues across the firm and helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The position offers a broad range of responsibilities and gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience while developing both personally and professionally.

You will join our supporter team, where collaboration and flexibility are key. Together, the team assists colleagues throughout the organisation, and your tasks will vary depending on the firm’s priorities and needs. This means you can expect a dynamic workday in an international and professional environment.

We are looking for a student from upper secondary school (STX) or business college (HHX) who is dependable, responsible and motivated by providing excellent service. You work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail and are able to stay organised when several tasks need your attention at the same time. You approach new assignments with curiosity, energy and a positive mindset.

You are also expected to have strong written and spoken Danish skills, be comfortable working with numbers and have good general IT skills, including familiarity with Windows-based programs.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities will cover a variety of practical and administrative assignments that support colleagues throughout Plesner. No two days will necessarily look the same, and you will contribute wherever your assistance is needed.

Your tasks may include copying and scanning documents, organising both physical and electronic files, creating cases, updating data sheets and handling incoming mail. You will also assist with travel bookings, run errands in the city and take care of other practical tasks as they arise.

Through your work, you will contribute to an efficient day-to-day workflow and provide valuable support to both our lawyers and administrative colleagues.

Would you like to know more about the position, you are welcome to contact Head of Service Manager Merry Hansen by phone at +45 33 12 11 33.
